Cancellation Policy

Reservations. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve a spot. Checkout displays "Pay in person" for all reservations. Payment is processed by card on the schedule below unless a cash payment has been arranged with 28.5 in advance via email. Payment. The session price is charged 5 to 8 days before the session. Notice is sent 24 hours before the charge. Late Bookings. Reservations made within 5 days of the session are charged 72 hours before the session. Reservations made within 72 hours of the session are charged at the time of booking. Free Cancellation. A reservation may be cancelled at no cost any time before the charge, and no later than 72 hours before the session. To cancel, log in to your 28.5 account, open My Bookings, select the session, and choose Cancel, or use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email. Cancellation After Payment. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the session are refunded, less the processing fee of 3.5% of the session price plus $0.30. Cancellation Within 72 Hours. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session receive a credit valid for 6 months. A spot may also be transferred to another player. No Shows. No shows are not eligible for a refund, credits, or transfers. Sessions Cancelled by 28.5. If 28.5 cancels a session, a full refund is issued. Payment Disputes. Questions about a charge?
